Polo Shirt Printing: Your Logo on a Cotton Polo

Search for polo shirts in Jordan and most of what comes back is embroidery, so this is the first thing to settle. Lebseh prints with DTF: the design is printed onto a film and bonded to the cotton under heat, which gives a flat, full-colour result. That is what makes a photographic logo, a gradient, a fine Arabic wordmark or a multi-colour crest possible on a polo at one price whatever the design, however many colours it uses. Embroidery is a different craft with a raised, stitched finish, and Lebseh's service is DTF printing only; a logo drawn in an embroidered style still prints cleanly. A polo has a collar and a buttoned placket down the centre front, so the front print sits to one side: the left chest, at the height where a company logo is expected, is the standard placement. The back is an open surface and takes a design up to A3 (297 x 420 mm), which is where a large crest, a slogan or a name and number goes. The front and the back are the two printed areas. If you want the design somewhere else on the polo, ask in the quote request and we confirm what the press can do.

A polo shirt with one printed side costs 16 JOD, or 18 JOD with both sides printed. Send your design, colour, quantity and any required sizes on WhatsApp. We review the file and confirm the order details and delivery timing before printing. 1. Send the logo or design, the polo colour, the size list, the quantity and where the print goes, through WhatsApp.
2. We confirm the order total based on quantity and printed sides, and the delivery date after reviewing the file.
3. Confirm, and the placement is checked one last time before the file goes to the press.
4. The polos are printed with DTF. Amman delivery is free on orders over 15 JOD, 2 JOD for orders of 15 JOD or less. Outside Amman: 5 JOD per order.

The polo is the shirt a business puts its staff in when a t-shirt is too casual: it has a collar, it stays neat through a shift, and a logo on the left chest reads as a uniform rather than as merchandise.

A chest logo is printed small, so the file matters more here than on any other garment. A vector file (PDF, AI or SVG) is ideal because it stays sharp at any size; a large PNG with a transparent background is the next best thing. Check that thin lines and small lettering survive at about the width of a phone screen, and tell us which polo colour the logo is going on, so the version with the right background is used. If the logo only exists as a photo of a sign or a business card, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done with it.
