Cap Printing: Your Logo on the Front of a Cotton Cap

The print sits on the front panel, above the peak, where a logo is read from across a room. A cap front is curved and made of stitched panels, so it takes a much smaller design than a shirt: the print is sized to fit the panel of the cap you choose and the size is confirmed in the quote before anything is printed. That is why a cap suits one clear mark, a monogram or a short word rather than a full picture.

What reads well on a shirt chest can disappear on a cap. These are the habits that keep a cap print sharp.

• Keep it bold: thick shapes and heavy lettering survive at a small size; hairlines and fine texture do not
• Keep it short: one word or one line of text, not a sentence
• Leave space around the design so it sits clear of the panel seams
• Send a vector file (PDF, AI or SVG) or a large transparent PNG so the edges print clean
• Tell us whether the cap is white or black so the right version of the logo is used

Every cap is printed with DTF (direct to film): the design is printed onto a film and bonded to the cotton front under heat, giving a flat, full-colour print. That makes a multi-colour logo, a gradient or crisp Arabic lettering possible at one price whatever the design. Embroidery is a different craft with a raised, stitched finish; Lebseh's service is DTF printing only, and a logo drawn in an embroidered style still prints cleanly. The cap is priced per order, so it starts with a message instead of a cart. The reply is one quote for the whole order, and nothing is printed until you confirm it.

1. Send the design, the cap colour and the quantity through WhatsApp.
2. You receive one quote in JOD, with the print size on the front panel and the delivery date confirmed after the file and quantity are reviewed.
3. Confirm, and the placement is checked one last time before the file goes to the press.
4. The caps are printed with DTF. Amman delivery is free on orders over 15 JOD, 2 JOD for orders of 15 JOD or less. Outside Amman: 5 JOD per order.

To keep a printed cap looking its best, clean it by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap, let it dry in the air, and keep irons and direct heat off the print.
