Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Lebseh website, submit artwork, or place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

We may recommend other services operated by the same company when relevant.

Products, designs, and prices

• The selected product, colour, size, quantity, and design must be reviewed before submission.
• A custom t-shirt printed on one side costs 17 JOD. Printing the back too adds 3 JOD, for a total of 20 JOD with both sides printed.
• You must have the right to use any text, logo, photo, or other artwork you submit.
• Lebseh may reject artwork that is unlawful, abusive, technically unusable, or appears to violate another party rights.

Ownership and use of Lebseh designs

Lebseh retains the intellectual property rights recognised by applicable law in its original designs. Making a design available to view or customise in the editor does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted licence to use it.

• You may select and customise Lebseh's ready-made designs in the editor to place a print order with Lebseh.
• You may not copy Lebseh designs, extract their files, redistribute, sell or license them, or send them to another provider for printing without Lebseh's prior written permission. This includes modified versions that use elements of a Lebseh design.
• Buying a printed garment does not transfer ownership of the design or grant reproduction rights. These restrictions concern the design and its files, not wearing, gifting or reselling the physical garment you purchased.
• Rights in text, photos, logos and artwork you upload remain with their respective owners. Lebseh does not claim ownership of them, and you must have the necessary permissions to use them.
• Third-party fonts and licensed elements remain subject to their owners' rights and licences. Lebseh does not claim public-domain material or rights not recognised by law, and these terms do not override applicable legal exceptions.

To request permission to use a design outside Lebseh, contact us with the design and intended use. Displaying a design on the website does not constitute permission.

Payment and delivery

• Cash on delivery is the payment method currently available at checkout.
• Amman delivery is free on orders over 15 JOD, 2 JOD for orders of 15 JOD or less. Outside Amman: 5 JOD per order.
• Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in Jordan only.
• Delivery timing is confirmed after the order is reviewed and can depend on the order requirements and address details.

Order information and support

Provide a valid name, Jordan address, and phone number. Lebseh may contact you to review or confirm the order. If there is a problem after delivery, contact Lebseh with the order number, a description, and clear photos. The available next step is explained after the case is reviewed.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or submit unlawful material. Website content and functionality may be updated when service details change.

Privacy and ad measurement

We use Meta tools to measure ad results. Measurement is enabled by default with an opt-out at the bottom of the website. Measurement includes browser and ad identifiers, IP address, shopping events and order value; this integration does not send customer contact details, delivery addresses or artwork.
