Terms for using Lebseh, submitting custom artwork, placing cash-on-delivery orders, and receiving delivery in Jordan.
These terms apply when you use the Lebseh website, submit artwork, or place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Products, designs, and prices
- The selected product, colour, size, quantity, and design must be reviewed before submission.
- A custom t-shirt printed on one side costs 13 JOD. Printing the back too adds 2 JOD, for a total of 15 JOD with both sides printed.
- You must have the right to use any text, logo, photo, or other artwork you submit.
- Lebseh may reject artwork that is unlawful, abusive, technically unusable, or appears to violate another party rights.
Payment and delivery
- Cash on delivery is the payment method currently available at checkout.
- Delivery to every area in Jordan costs 2 JOD per order.
- Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in Jordan only.
- Delivery timing is confirmed after the order is reviewed and can depend on the order requirements and address details.
Order information and support
Provide a valid name, Jordan address, and phone number. Lebseh may contact you to review or confirm the order. If there is a problem after delivery, contact Lebseh with the order number, a description, and clear photos. The available next step is explained after the case is reviewed.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or submit unlawful material. Website content and functionality may be updated when service details change.
