Frequently asked questions
Can I write in Arabic?
Yes. The editor includes an Arabic typeface, and text shapes correctly right to left as you type.
How is the printed product priced?
The price shown includes one printed side. A second side adds 3.00 JOD for t-shirts and hoodies, or 2.00 JOD for other supported products. The editor updates your total before you add it to the cart; delivery is charged once per order.
Can I print a photo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WEBP from your phone or computer. The editor warns you if the picture is too small to print sharply.
Do you check the design before printing?
Yes. Every design is reviewed before it goes to print, and we message you if anything needs changing.
